Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Bilal Sons Trader, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT consulting and managed services that meet our clients' expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds, returns, and cancellations for all our services and products.
This policy applies to all service subscriptions, project-based engagements, and hardware purchases made through Bilal Sons Trader.
2. Service Subscription Cancellations
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions (Basic, Professional, Enterprise Plans)
- Cancellation Notice: Monthly service subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Services will continue until the end of the paid period.
- Refund for Current Period: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once the billing cycle has begun. No partial-month refunds will be issued.
- Advance Payments: If you have made payments in advance for future months, any unused full months will be refunded within 15 business days of cancellation confirmation.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund minus any services already rendered.
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions may be cancelled with a pro-rata refund calculated based on the remaining full months, minus a 10% early termination fee.
- No refund will be issued for annual subscriptions cancelled after 10 months of the subscription period.
3. Project-Based Service Cancellations
3.1 Before Work Commences
If a project-based engagement is cancelled before any work has commenced, the advance payment (if any) will be refunded in full within 15 business days, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., third-party software licenses purchased).
3.2 After Work Has Commenced
- Cancellation of in-progress projects will be subject to payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis or as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Any advance payment remaining after deducting the value of completed work and non-recoverable costs will be refunded within 15 business days.
- Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be handed over to the Client.
4. IT Hardware Returns and Refunds
4.1 Eligibility
- Hardware products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
- Hardware must be free from physical damage, modifications, or signs of use beyond initial inspection.
- Custom-ordered or specially configured hardware is non-returnable unless defective.
4.2 Defective Hardware
- Defective hardware reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded at Bilal Sons Trader's discretion.
- After 7 days, defective hardware falls under the manufacturer's warranty. Bilal Sons Trader will facilitate the warranty claim process on the Client's behalf.
4.3 Return Process

- Provide your invoice number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review the request and issue a Return Authorization within 2 business days.
- Ship or deliver the item to our office in its original packaging.
- Refund will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4.4 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For defective items, Bilal Sons Trader will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Bank Transfer: Refund will be credited to the originating bank account within 15 business days.
- JazzCash / Mobile Payment: Refund will be credited to the originating mobile account within 10 business days.
- Cash Payment: Refund will be issued via bank transfer to an account designated by the Client.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Consultation fees for completed consultations or IT audits.
- Emergency or after-hours support charges already incurred.
- Third-party software licenses activated on the Client's behalf (subject to the software vendor's own refund policy).
- Custom-configured or specially ordered hardware.
- Services already fully rendered and accepted by the Client.
- Domain name registrations and SSL certificates.
7. Service Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a service delivered by Bilal Sons Trader:
- Contact us within 7 days of the service delivery to raise your concern.
- We will review the issue and, if warranted, offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost.
- If the issue cannot be resolved through re-performance, we will negotiate a fair partial or full refund based on the specific circumstances.
- All disputes will be handled in good faith, with the goal of reaching a mutually satisfactory resolution.

9. Policy Modifications
Bilal Sons Trader reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or service agreement will apply to that transaction.
